The Master’s Path program is designed specifically for officers on their path towards becoming Master, but any lodge officer or member is encouraged to attend the sessions.

Any Brother to be installed a Worshipful Master must attend the Master’s Path Program during the 30 months prior to his installation.

Our first ONLINE Master’s Path program will be on SATURDAY MAY 23rd, 2020. Register here.

Our online format will enable us to deliver the same training program from the same presenters while also keeping us all at a safe distance as we continue to deal with the coronavirus threat.

It will be the usual time for a Master’s Path session, beginning with login by 8:15 am and the session starting at 8:30 am. There will be breaks and an opportunity for participants to get their lunch (and bring it back to their computer). The program will end by around 3 pm (time still being finalized). Login information and details will be sent directly to registered participants.

You will need quiet location where you can concentrate on the program and the same type of computer you use for Zoom meetings. Because of the small screen size, we do not recommend viewing on a smartphone, though it will work.

May 23 was the date of the canceled in-person session at Wilmington. We have chosen to reuse that Saturday date for this Online session. To avoid confusion, we are asking anyone who was registered for a canceled session to PLEASE REGISTER fresh for the Online May 23 session.

Please note that although the June 27th (East Bridgewater) and August 15th (East Longmeadow) sessions remain tentatively scheduled as traditional Master’s Path sessions (in person), we cannot predict today whether conditions will allow those sessions to be held as planned.

Thank you for your patience and flexibility as we all respond to the pandemic crisis.

This training is to provide the soon-to-be Worshipful Master with the tools and skills needed to prepare for his year and to lead his Lodge. This revitalized training content will be beneficial to both “1st Time” as well as “Seasoned” leaders who assume the role of Worshipful Master.

In the Master’s Path Program, Masonic leaders share approaches and tools that will strengthen lodge operations.

The importance of this program induced then-Grand Master Jeffrey B. Hodgdon (Grand Master 2004-2007) to establish the policy that any Brother to be installed a Worshipful Master must attend the Master’s Path Program during the 30 months prior to his installation.

In addition, for the Master to qualify for the Grand Master’s Award he must complete the program.” His successors, Grand Masters Pageau, Stewart, Waugh, Gleason, and now MWGM Richard Maggio, strongly supported the program and continued this policy.
