WHO IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND
This training is to provide the soon-to-be Worshipful Master with the tools and skills needed to prepare for his year and to lead his Lodge. This revitalized training content will be beneficial to both “1st Time†as well as “Seasoned†leaders who assume the role of Worshipful Master.
In the Master’s Path Program, Masonic leaders share approaches and tools that will strengthen lodge operations.
The importance of this program induced then-Grand Master Jeffrey B. Hodgdon (Grand Master 2004-2007) to establish the policy that any Brother to be installed a Worshipful Master must attend the Master’s Path Program during the 30 months prior to his installation.
In addition, for the Master to qualify for the Grand Master’s Award he must complete the program.†His successors, Grand Masters Pageau, Stewart, Waugh, Gleason, and now MWGM Richard Maggio, strongly supported the program and continued this policy.
